The entrance for people with disabilities who use wheelchairs is located on the side of Yevhen Konovalets Street – Entrance No. 2. Cars can be parked in designated parking spaces. Parking for people with disabilities is available at the corner of Yevhen Konovalets Street and V. Vasylkivska Street.
If you are using public transport, we recommend taking the route to Entrance No. 2 or the Central Entrance of the Palace, using the ramps on the side of Konovaltsia Street.
We have equipped a special and extremely convenient entrance to the Great Hall for people with disabilities from the side of Konovaltsia Street – Entrance No. 2, where there is a separate cloakroom, dressing room, and entrance to the hall.
For your convenience, the entrance to the TEATROOM hall is equipped with a ramp located to the right of the main entrance to the Palace. The TEATROOM lobby has a cloakroom, restroom, and bar.

A ramp is also available at TEATROOM. Auditorium doors open one hour before the start of the event, and access to the hall begins 30 minutes before the start.
Yes. In the Main Hall — 12 seats in Row 17, with companion seats in Row 18. In TEATROOM — Seat 21 in Row 1 for a wheelchair user, with the corresponding Seat 21 in Row 2 for the accompanying person.
