Dear audience, we are pleased to announce that the Ukraine Palace has created the necessary conditions for people with disabilities who use wheelchairs to enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay during cultural and artistic events.
Ticket purchase procedure
Please note!
To ensure timely arrangement of seats for people with disabilities, tickets must be purchased in advance, but no later than 24 hours before the start of the event. Information on the availability of seats can be obtained at the box office and on the official website of the Ukraine Palace, as well as on the websites of ticket operators.
The organizer reserves the right to open general sales for the above-mentioned seats 24 hours before the start of the event.
Floor plans for people with disabilities who use wheelchairs
On the floor plans, seats for people with disabilities who use wheelchairs are marked in blue, and seats for accompanying persons are marked in purple.
Car parking and entrance to the Palace

The entrance for people with disabilities who use wheelchairs is located on the side of Yevhen Konovalets Street – Entrance No. 2. Cars can be parked in designated parking spaces. Parking for people with disabilities is available at the corner of Yevhen Konovalets Street and V. Vasylkivska Street.

If you are using public transport, we recommend taking the route to Entrance No. 2 or the Central Entrance of the Palace, using the ramps on the side of Konovaltsia Street.

Layout of cloakrooms, dressing rooms, and entrances to the hall.

We have equipped a special and extremely convenient entrance to the Great Hall for people with disabilities from the side of Konovaltsia Street – Entrance No. 2, where there is a separate cloakroom, dressing room, and entrance to the hall.

For your convenience, the entrance to the TEATROOM hall is equipped with a ramp located to the right of the main entrance to the Palace. The TEATROOM lobby has a cloakroom, restroom, and bar.

Is there a step-free entrance or a ramp for visitors with limited mobility at the Palace “Ukraine”?

Yes. For wheelchair users, the entrance is located from Yevhena Konovaltsia Street – Entrance No. 2. There you will find a ramp, a dedicated cloakroom, accessible restroom, and entrance to the hall. A ramp is also available at TEATROOM. Auditorium doors open one hour before the start of the event, and access to the hall begins 30 minutes before the start.

Are there designated seats in the hall for wheelchair users?

Yes. In the Main Hall — 12 seats in Row 17, with companion seats in Row 18. In TEATROOM — Seat 21 in Row 1 for a wheelchair user, with the corresponding Seat 21 in Row 2 for the accompanying person.

Can visitors receive assistance or support from staff upon entry?

Yes. Staff can provide assistance, and it is recommended to inform the administrator in advance so that a parking space or a seat in the hall can be prepared.

Where are accessible restrooms for people with disabilities located?

Separate accessible dressing rooms are located near Entrance No. 2 (on the side of Konovaltsia Street), along with a cloakroom and entrance to the Great Hall.
