Dear viewers, we are pleased to announce that the Palace “Ukraine” has created the necessary conditions for people with disabilities who use wheelchairs for a convenient and comfortable stay during cultural events.
STEP 1. How to purchase tickets
We have arranged 12 seats for people with disabilities in wheelchairs in the Main concert Hall’s parterre, in rows 1 and 17. For your convenience, these seats are marked in red on the hall map. Tickets for an accompanying person can be purchased in rows #2 and #18. These seats are marked in blue on the hall layout.
In the TEATROOM hall for people with disabilities who move in wheelchairs, there is a seat No. 1 in row No. 0, which is marked in blue on the hall diagram.
To ensure timely arrangement of seats for people with disabilities, the ticket must be purchased in advance, but no later than 24 hours before the event. Information on the availability of seats can be found at the box office and on the official website of the Palace “Ukraine”, as well as on the websites of ticket operators.
The organizer reserves the right to open a general sale for the above-mentioned seats 24 hours before the event.
Important information!
During the quarantine, the halls of the Palace are filled by 50 percent, and the seating is staggered. Therefore, the number of seats for people with disabilities is temporarily reduced. Below you can find the number of seats available during the quarantine for people with disabilities and the seating charts for the Great Hall and the TEATROOM hall.

STEP 2. Parking and entrance to the Palace
The entrance for people with disabilities is located on the side of Yevhen Konovaltsia Street – Entrance #2. Cars can be parked in the assigned parking spaces. Parking for people with disabilities is available at the corner of Yevhenia Konovaltsia Street and V. Vasylkivska Street.

If you use public transportation, we recommend a route to Entrance #2 or the Palace’s main entrance using the ramps from the side of E. Konovaltsia Street.

STEP 3. Entrance to the lobby of the Palace and the Auditorium.
We have arranged a special and most convenient entrance to the Main Hall for people with disabilities from the side of E. Konovaltsia Street – Entrance #2, where there is a separate cloakroom, restroom and entrance to the hall.
For your comfort, the entrance to the Teatroom hall is equipped with a ramp, which is located to the right of the main entrance to the Palace. The Teatroom hall has a cloakroom, dressing room and bar.
