“Happy Happiness”
A play based on Ivan Franko’s “Stolen Happiness”
Premiere: May 21 at 6:00 p.m.
Runtime: 1 hour 40 minutes (2 acts with an intermission)
Description:
The audience chooses to view the events of “Stolen Happiness” through the eyes of Anna, who experiences a story of love, betrayal, and choice. Reality obeys strange rules—events repeat themselves, and people seem to be acting out a script. Anna moves between “levels,” interacts with characters, and uncovers new fragments of the story, but the further she goes, the more the system malfunctions. And it becomes unclear: is this life or a game, and is it even possible to win here?
