The square in front of the Palace emphasizes the importance and grandeur of the building, which is the first thing that catches the eye. In recent years, an unacceptable situation has arisen—the tiles have become worn in places and look unpleasant, and have become dangerous in certain weather conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly pay attention to the quality of the paving and decoration, as well as the appearance of the building, its neatness, safety, and convenience for visitors. During the three summer months of 2021, the tiles near the central entrance to the Palace were replaced.
